Tip for April

This year has been terrible with rain. You should be checking you exterior doors, windows and garage doors to be sure your caulking is sealed around the outside. This should be applied at best every 4-5 years depending on the type of caulking you use.

When applying you must remove all the old caulk first make sure its clean and dry and then apply fresh caulk. If this is not done properly you will only be wasting time and material it will not seal the areas from water. Please call us if you need any assistance.
